Here, sterile needles, cotton and tourniquets are doled out to any registered community member. The nonprofit offer tips on how to safely inject drugs and avoid overdoses. Though it is supported by a number of HIV / AIDS organizations, some community members still question whether CRA prevents drug abuse or promotes it.
